Thanks you for participating in LebanonTurf’s "Growing Together" Rewards Program!

Reward claims must be submitted and received by May 26, 2024.

Rewards will be paid as an Amazon e-Gift card to an individual or business OR as a credit issued to your distributor that can be used for any future purchases with them.

You can submit a reward claim in two different ways:

Online Submission - Fill out the online information below and attach all the invoices for the eligible products and indicate how you would like to receive the reward.
Distributor Submission – Ask your distributor to submit a record of the sales to your facility directly to LebanonTurf. They will need to indicate how you would like to receive your rebate.

Amazon e-Gift card rewards of $600 or greater will be subject to reporting for tax purposes. A completed W-9 form is required to successfully process a reward claim, which will generate a 1099. If applicable, you will be contacted to provide this information.
