June 2023: Charley

Charley is a year and a half old Blue Merle Australian Shepherd. She has been with us here at Sunningdale Country Club living on property since she was 14 weeks old. Every morning she is out the door with her owner Sean herding his cart and chasing squirrels as well as the occasional domestic deer. She loves jumping up at the sprinklers and catching her favorite frisbee. Most of the members used to say hello to Sean, but now it’s all about Charley……the new Queen of Sunningdale!

Sean Cain, CGCS has been a GCSAA member for 31 years. Sean has been Golf Course Superintendent at Sunningdale Country Club in Scarsdale, NY for 26 years. Sean loves to play golf during the season and enjoys spending time with Erika and Charley up in Stowe during the winter months. The three amigos go Mtn. biking or hiking behind the house and skiing/snowboarding up at the mountain as much as they can during the off season.
